Search for interior designers in Lagos, Nigeria, and you will see many similar project photos. Marble floors and gold accents appear everywhere. But photos do not show the full scope of a firm’s work. Can the team handle a three-bedroom flat? Do they deliver a boutique shopfront on Admiralty Way? Or can they take a project from an empty shell to a finished space? Or do they only style rooms for photoshoots?...
Two apartments sit on the same floor of the same building on Banana Island. Same square footage, same view, same service charge. One sold for almost a third more than the other.
