Oak and Teak transformed a 4-bedroom house in Enugu into a modern, inviting sanctuary tailored for Mr. Victor’s elderly parents. Project Scope: Finishing, furnishing, and styling of a new 4-bedroom residential house, including some exterior worka efficiency for its top executives.

The objective was to create a well-finished and furnished modern and contemporary inviting space. It also had to be highly functional and safe for the client’s elderly parents, who will be residing there.

With the concept approved, we collaborated with the client to refine the budget, ensuring every element aligned with cost expectations while maintaining premium quality. Our sourcing team focused on sustainable materials, sourced both locally and internationally, and incorporated artisan-crafted furniture and fixtures that added a unique flair to the space.
