We were tasked with transforming key spaces in the headquarters of Polaris Bank, located in Lagos and Abuja, into modern and dynamic environments. The result was nothing short of spectacular.

Executive Furniture: The office was equipped with luxurious office furniture, including a custom MD’s chair, a stylish worktable, and comfortable visitor seating.

Casual Meeting Area: For informal discussions, we designed and installed a comfortable seating area with sofas, a coffee table, and a dining set for smaller meetings.
TV Wall and Cladding: To enhance the space’s modern appeal, we crafted a TV wall and added elegant cladding, offering a seamless blend of design and function.

Boardroom: Where Business Meets Luxury

The boardroom was transformed into a refined space for discussions, meetings, and decision-making. To ensure comfort during long meetings, we selected ergonomic office chairs, a sleek office table, and a credenza, combining practicality with style.

Project Execution: Precision and Speed

With the unique challenge of a live commercial site, our team had to execute the project within a very tight timeframe. The bank’s operations couldn’t be disrupted, and we were only allowed to work over the weekends. The entire project had to be completed in just one weekend, with only three days for installation.

Despite these challenges, our team worked tirelessly, coordinating logistics and installation to meet the deadline. We sourced and fabricated furniture in less than two weeks, ensuring everything was ready for installation within the limited time frame. Our careful planning and efficient execution allowed us to deliver a fully transformed space on time, exceeding the client’s expectations.

Waiting Area: First Impressions Matter

First impressions are everything, especially for a premium client experience. The waiting area was designed with a blend of comfort, luxury, and practicality in mind. Guests entering the bank’s headquarters were greeted with a refined atmosphere that set the tone for a high-end experience.

Stylish Seating and Furniture: We installed comfortable seating, coffee tables, side stools, and a credenza to ensure a welcoming and luxurious experience for waiting clients.
Ambience & Decor: Carefully curated decor, including books, potted plants, and ambient elements, were added to create a relaxing and sophisticated waiting area.

Flooring & Finishes: Comfort Meets Aesthetics

We selected high-quality floor coverings to enhance the aesthetic appeal and comfort of the MD’s office, boardroom, and waiting area. From plush rugs to premium flooring materials, every detail was meticulously chosen to complement the overall design.
