At Oak and Teak Interiors, we begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, style preferences, and functional needs. We then conduct a site evaluation, followed by space planning and concept development. Our team presents mood boards and, if needed, 3D renderings for your review and approval. Once the design is finalized and the budget set, we move forward with the execution stage, ensuring a smooth and seamless transformation from start to finish. As a trusted interior design company in Lagos, we handle all aspects of your project for an enjoyable experience.

For residential spaces within Lagos, our consultation fee is N200,000. This includes an on-site visit, measurements, and design discussions. For projects outside Lagos, the fee may vary based on location. In addition, we will provide mood board designs for up to four spaces along with an invoice within 2-3 weeks. Additional mood boards cost N50,000 per space. If you prefer 3D design renderings, they are available for N200,000 per space and will be delivered in 2-3 weeks with a revised invoice.

• On-Site Visit: We’ll come to your space, take measurements, and discuss your design preferences.
• Design Brief:<span After 2-3 weeks, we’ll present you with a mood board for up to four spaces, along with an invoice. (Note: Commercial projects may differ based on the scope of work.)

• Extra Mood Boards: Need more inspiration? Additional mood boards are available for ₦50,000 per space.
• 3D Design Option: For a more detailed view, we offer 3D designs at ₦200,000 per space (e.g., living room, bedroom, bathroom). We’ll deliver these along with a revised invoice in 2-3 weeks.

The consultation includes an on-site visit where we inspect the project site, followed by design discussions. For residential projects, we will provide mood board designs for four spaces and an invoice for your review.
