Project Scope: Transform a bare and plain space into a comfortable, luxurious lounge for ALTBANKNG’s premium customers within the newly developed local airport (MMA2).

Concept Development & Design Proposal
Our design team meticulously developed a comprehensive concept, including 3D renderings, mood boards, and preliminary sketches that brought the vision for the lounge to life. Key elements of the design included:
- Statement Lighting: Custom lighting fixtures sourced both locally and internationally, adding a contemporary and luxurious touch to the space.
- Traffic Flow Optimization: A strategic layout to ensure smooth navigation within the lounge and optimize the placement of furniture to maximize both space and functionality.
- Color & Texture Palette: Bright, vibrant hues paired with elegant wooden finishes and striking wall art to emphasize the artistic and inviting atmosphere the client desired.
- Tailored Design Proposals: Detailed working drawings and well-crafted proposals that captured and communicated the client’s vision with precision.
Budget Planning & Material Selection
With the design concept approved, we collaborated with the client to refine the budget, ensuring that each element aligned with cost expectations without compromising quality. Our sourcing team prioritized sustainability by selecting high-quality, locally and internationally sourced materials. Artisan-crafted furniture and unique fixtures added an extra layer of sophistication to the space.
Project Completion & Impact
This project was a true testament to our expertise in managing live commercial sites. Located within the bustling local airport, work could only be conducted at night and required strict adherence to multiple permit processes. Despite these challenges, we delivered the project on time, meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations.
